Food and Fun Chef of the year: Matti Jämsen

Matti Jamsen winner of Food and Fun 2011Like last year the winner of Food and Fun is a guest chef at VOX Restaurant. Last year´s winner was Allan Paulsen from Denmark and this year it is Matti Jämsen from Finland. After an exciting final competition with Ecen Ramsvik and Andreas Andersson it was announced that Matti Jämsen from Finnland was the winner of Food and Fun 2011.  

Thanks to the creativity from the kitchen and Jämsen´s excellence the result is a gourmet success. Congratulations to Matti Jämsen, Food and Fun Chef of the year.

In honor of Matti Jämsen we will offer his Food and Fun Menu at VOX Restaurant until Mars 19th.

Food and Fun in Reykjavik

Food and Fun mixes outstanding culinary skills, fresh natural ingredients, Icelandic outdoor adventure and the world-famous Reykjavik nightlife to create the ultimate recipe for fun. The core element of the festival involves world-acclaimed chefs collaborating with Reykjavik's finest restaurants. Each chef is assigned to one of the participating restaurants, where they prepare a special menu crafted from Icelandic ingredients only, commonly held to be the best in the world by Icelanders.

Enjoy an indulgent culinary at VOX Restaurant which this year will feature a well known Chef from Finland Chef Matti Jamsen as part of the Food and Fun celebrations.

VOX Restaurant has been nominated Restaurant of the Year
