Terms and Conditions
- The group needs to select the same 3 course menu for the entire group. Our chefs will, of course make adjustments for any allergies or dietary restrictions, see below.
- Group menus are only offered to groups with 15 or more guests. If your group is fewer than 15, we encourage you to consider our seasonal menu: VOX Seasonal Menu
- VOX Restaurant requires sufficient notice at the time of booking to accommodate guests with special dietary requirements, such as vegetarians and people with gluten allergies. Please provide a complete list of allergies and dietary restrictions at least 7 days in advance of your event.
- A 20% deposit is required upon making a reservation. The deposit is non-refundable if the function is cancelled within four weeks of the confirmed date. Refunds are subject to management discretion.
- Once a booking has been placed, and numbers are confirmed, the reservation is considered guaranteed and will be charged regardless of final attendance. Any changes to numbers must be confirmed no later than 72 hours prior to the function date.
