VOX chef to compete for Iceland in Boucuse d´Or

Sigurdur Kristinn Laufdal Haraldsson, chef at VOX and the Icelandic chef of the year 2011, will be the next Icelandic Bouse d‘Or candidate. A total of 20 European countries will compete in the preliminary on the 20th and 21st of March 2012 at the Horeca Exhibition Center in Brussel. The final competition will take place in Lyon, France in the beginning of the year 2013, where 24 countries will compete in the finals.
