Slowly cooked ocean pearch, sour milk, dried salted cod and pork belly

Burnt langoustine and Faroese scallops, organic tomatoes from Sólheimar, dulse and lumpfish roe

Lightly smoked puffin, hazel nuts, sunchokes, onions and beer

Pan fried reindeer, wild mushrooms, celeriac, beet root, kale and berries

Soft and crispy chocolate, rhubarb and berries
