VOX Brasserie proudly presents its‘ guest chef for Food & Fun 2019, Ryan Rodgers.

Ryan Rodgers comes from a small town in Ontario, Canada where he started his culinary journey on a farm.

The influence, of nature and understanding, produce, raising, slaughtering and cooking animals, stuck with him ever since.

After training at Canada’s most prestigious culinary school, The Stratford Chef School, Ryan moved to London to work with Nuno Mendes at Viajante, then quickly rose to sous chef at Mielcke & Hurtigkarl.

Here, Ryan explores some of the cooking he loves most: smoking, the freshest raw ingredients, and finding new uses for old things.

Ryan is dynamic, ambitious and not afraid to push his own or the restaurants limits. 

We look forward to welcoming Ryan Rodgers to VOX this year and sharing his exceptional culinary skills with our guests.

Food & Fun takes place at VOX Brasserie from February 27 until March 3.
Tables available at 6 pm. and 9 pm.

VOX's standard menu is not available during Food & Fun, however, burgers, sandwiches and other classics can be ordered at the bar.

Menu: 8900 ISK per person.
Menu with wine pairing: 17800 ISK per person.
